Singelstad Construction, first licensed in 1985, is a general contracting firm working a variety of residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The Owners of Singelstad Construction, Helena and Peter Singelstad, have over 40 years of combined construction and interior design experience.  By developing a keen awareness of their clients desires for fair-cost engineering and prompt completion of projects, they feel that equally as important is the ability to complete the “creative circle” beginning with their clients needs, the architect’s concepts and designs and then bringing all of this to fruition in an innovative, creative and artistic manner.

Singelstad Construction’s philosophy is simple—to create a living space that truly reflects the personality and visions of their clients.   Helena and Peter share in the clients’ desires to achieve that perfect union between concept and execution and to that end are intimately involved in the construction process on a daily basis from the commencement of the project to its completion.
